Late C19 villa of two storeys and attic, five windows, 2:1:2 on first floor, more
irregular below. High pitched tiled roof with fancy ridge tiles and end chimneys,
holds wide central hipped dormer having three round arched lights with radial heads
in pilaster and entablature surround.
Stock brick with red brick dressings, including egg-and-dart eaves cornice and dentilled
ground floor cornice with double course of floral terra-cotta tiles below it at right.
At left and centre similar tiles arranged in panels. Central paired round-arched
openings, with moulded architraves and key blocks, hold door and stained glass window.
At left canted bay with balcony over. Sash windows with small-paned shorter upper
sashes, that in first floor centre in moulded brick architrave with scrolled sides.
