An early to mid C19 pair. 2 storeys stuccoed. Slate roof. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. Each has a 1 storey extension, also stuccoed with slate roof. Pondfield House has a porch and steps to street level. Lilac House has had a neo-Georgian pedimented doorcase inserted.
