C19 probably. One storey and attic. 5 bays facing south-east towards entrance
front of Willey Place. Half-hipped tile roof; 2 box dormers, each over an
end bay. Brick dentil eaves. Red brick front projecting plinth. In end bays,
sash windows 3 panes wide with frames; 2 semi-circular lunettes with radiating
glazing pattern flank central doorway; 6-flush panelled door with 3-light rectangular
fanlight over. To right hand of this, a wing in recession with panelled parapet
of 5 panels; modern tile canopy supported on brick piers over ground floor.
In left hand returning wall, a loft door with lunette below; and adjacent to
the wall a pump with brick basin and with the initials "W & M" and the date "1787"
inscribed on the lead head of the pump.
