House. Probably early C19; altered. Whitewashed brick, slate roof. Single-depth, 2-unit plan plus small added front porch and back extension.

EXTERIOR: one storey; 2-window range. C20 lean-to porch flanked by segmental-headed sliding sashes of 2 lights to the left and 3 lights to the right. Gable chimneys.
INTERIOR: not inspected.

Forms group with Nos 2, 4 & 6 (qv) and No.14 (qv).
