House. Early C18. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled thatched
roof with brick cross-axial stack. Single-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; single-window range. Entrance has timber
lintel over renewed door. Window to right has 2-light leaded
casement with iron opening casement; similar casement to first
floor. Rear has lean-to outshut with slate roof and 2 C20
gabled dormers.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of a row of 4 houses with Nos 27, 28 and 30 (qqv).
