House, now 2 shops and flat. Early to mid C18. Brick with
ashlar dressings, the front stuccoed; steeply pitched old tile
roof with stone-coped gables and brick end stacks. 2-unit
plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-window range. Rubble plinth,
first-floor sill band and top cornice. Ground floor has C20
shop fronts. First floor has windows with architraves and key
blocks to 6/6 sashes, one horned; 3 C20 skylights. Right
return has 2 windows to each floor, 3 blocked and one with
later casement. Rear has C20 single-storey flat-roofed range.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
