with painted brick nogging and renewed and gabled plain-tile
roof. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic; 2-window range. Entrances
in side outshuts have C20 part-glazed doors. Ground floor has
two 3-light casements with glazing bars and one 2-light
casement. Attic has 2 gabled roof dormers.
INTERIOR: exposed timber-framing and beams.
