Detached villa, c1842. Yellow brick with low pitched, hipped
slate roof with (later) central dormer and paired brackets to
deep eaves soffit.
2 storeys, basement and attic, 3 bays. Stucco prostyle Doric
porch with triglyph frieze. Flat, gauged-brick arches to sash
windows, those on ground floor tripartite, those above with
margin lights. Brick string between floors.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 93-97 (odd) (qv) form a group.
