GV II

House. Early C19 with later alterations. Stucco rendered.
Hipped Welsh-slate roof with deep bracketed eaves soffit;
rendered stacks, two on left (one end), one on right, and
others to rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3-bay main range flanked by lower
single-bay wings. Main range on 1st floor has 8/1 horned
sashes with voussoirs, keystones and louvered shutters; ground
floor breaks forward below Welsh-slate roof, hipped on right
and glazed above entrance, and has two tripartite 4/1:8/1:4/1
sashes with painted sills flanking central doorcase which has
moulded frieze, bracketed hood, and 2-leaf half-glazed doors
with margin glazing. Side-bays each have a 6/6 horned sash on
1st floor; on ground floor of right bay, a doorway to
side-yard with bracketed lintel and wicket gate; to left bay,
French doors with overlight and added iron and wood porch.
Plinth. Wings and outbuildings to rear.
