Barn approx 10m to west of The White
Hart Public House

GV II

Small hay barn. Late C17 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: brick in Flemish bond, part painted. Part old tile
and part clay pantile roof, gabled.
PLAN: rectangular plan of 4 bays, small lean-to extension on
rear. Roof framing exposed on gable ends.
EXTERIOR: 3 small C20 windows and door on east gable end to
toilet accommodation serving The White Hart Public House (qv).
C20 garage doors at rear, where the brickwork is not painted.
INTERIOR: C20 block partition in first bay, containing
toilets. Queen post roof with clasped purlins and long wind
braces. Included for group value.
