Description

Later 19th century with later alterations. 3-storey 3-bay Georgian revival tenement with shop below forming part of terrace. Polished ashlar. Moulded cill course to 1st floor; cill course to 2nd floor, eaves course, cornice.

NE (PORTOBELLO HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: windows to each floor. Later shop front, 3 plate glass panes to lower section, bordered upper sections; modern panelled door to outer right with border-glazed rectangular above; roll-shutter to doorway of outer left.

SW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994.

4-pane timber sash and case windows; later timber pivot windows to 2nd floor. Slate piended roof. Cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.
