Description

Earlier 19th century. 3-storey, 4-bay tenement on corner site with shops at ground. Coursed rubble sandstone with ashlar facing at ground. Pair of unified shopfronts with single stone cornice, 3-bay to right, 4-bay to left, incorporating common stair door at centre.

Gable with windows at centre and massive brick apex stack. Irregular 4-bay rear elevation.

Timber sash and case 12-pane windows. Ashlar coped skews; rebuilt brick stacks; grey slates.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.
