Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan cottage. Whinstone and sandstone rubble with red sandstone margins and dressings. Deep overhanging eaves, exposed rafters. Basket-arched windowheads

E (MAIN) ELEVATION: gabled stone porch off-centre to left; window, door on right return. Window to outer right, gable breaking eaves above; window to outer left.

S ELEVATION: gable with window at centre; recessed bay to outer right, window at centre.

6-lying-pane timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slate roof, lead flashings. Wallhead stack.
