History

Late C18 or early C19, with a late C20 shopfront.

Exterior

Stucco fronted, with the first and second floors flanked by Ionic pilasters, band at first floor, slate roof. Three storeys, two windows, late C20 units, but in unaltered openings. Small figure in style of a ship's figure head at first floor between the windows. Late C20 shop front with door to right. Moulded cornice, low parapet hiding the roof from the street.
Rear elevation not seen.
