SY 68 SW LANGTON HERRING CHURCH HILL

GV II

Village Hall. Mid C19. Rubble-stone walls, with dressed stone quoins. Slate
roof with gable-ends and boxed eaves. One storey. 2 windows, two-light cast-
iron casements with glazing-bars and pointed-arch heads. Y-tracery head, with
2 sets of intersections. Rubble-stone porch at centre with ashlar stone jambs,
pointed-arch head. Two-leaf plank door with plank 'tympanum' over. East gable
wall, 3-light stone mullion window, with a transom. Returned label over.
