Late C18 early C19. Formerly two cottages. Plastered walls, asbestos slate roof,
plastered stacks. Two storeys. Single-storey rear lean-to has brick walls and corru-
gated asbestos roof. Two ledged doors under pentice with corrugated iron roof.
Ground and first floors each have two casement windows with glazing bars. Exposed
ceiling beams on ground floor.
