SY 97 NE LANGTON MATRAVERS MOUNT PLEASANT

Detached house, formerly 4 cottages. Probably late C18 - of more than one
build. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roof, brick stacks on ridge. At
right angles to lane. Part 2-storeyed, part one storey and attic. 2 ledged
doors. Ground floor has 7 tall casement windows with diagonal glazing, some
with stone lintols - also 3 small square windows with similar glazing. Left
section of 2 storeys has on first floor one casement window with diagonal
glazing and one with lead lights. Centre section of one storey and attic,
has 3 pent-roofed dormers with casements with diagonal glazing. Right section
of 2 storeys has, on first floor, 4 casement windows with diagonal glazing.
