7/72 Brook Hall


House. Early C19, with C19 and C20 alterations. Plastered, slate roof. Rectan-
gular plan facing SE. 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor, 2 splayed bays of
early C19 sashes of 8-16-8 lights. First floor, one similar bay and 3 sashes of
16 lights. Attic floor, 3 similar sashes. 6-panel door, the upper 4 panels
glazed, in recessed entrance, with flat-roofed porch on 2 columns, 4 steps up to
each side with iron railings. Also, glazed doors with shallow hood. Parapet
and cornice across part of elevation, low pitched hipped roof.
