Cottage, now a workshop. C19. Timber framed, plastered, roof thatched. 2 bays
facing SE, with external stack at right end. One storey with attics. Double
doors at front, no other doors or windows at front. Divided into 2 small rooms.
Domestic hearth in one room, other unheated. Primary straight bracing. Rear
wall extended in breeze block. An exceptionally small cottage, last occupied
c.1940. Listed for sociological interest and for Group Value with Vine
