Cottage. C17 with later roof-raise. Timber framed and plastered,
weatherboarded to returns. Grey slate roof outshot to rear. Red brick chimney
stack. 2 storeys. 2 window range of 2 light small paned casments, moulded
surrounds, pentice boards to ground floor. Central C20 vertically boarded door
with light, moulded surround, pentice board over. Heavy chamfered bridging
joists.
