The following building was de-listed on 4th June 1996.

Early C19 house. Of red brick in Flemish-bond, on a square plan. Two
storeys, 3 bays, with an eaves of bold projection and a slate clad fully
hipped roof and 2 red brick chimneys. A range of 3 hornless small paned
sashes on first storey, under straight gauged arches. Central door in
a round-headed doorway with 2 square orders of gauged brick, under a flamboyant
fan-light. Two, 3 panel door-leaves. Matching sashes on either side.
