Public house. C17 or earlier with later alterations and additions. Timber
framed, rough rendered, brick facing. Red plain tiled roofs. Dentilled eaves
cornice. Rear wings. Rear chimney stacks. 3 window range of small paned.
vertically sliding sashes, pentice boards to ground floor. Central 4 panel 2
light door, simple surround. George Biggs was Innkeeper 1796. F.H. Erith
