Cl7. Garden house contemporary with The Manor. Square gabled building of coursed
rubble with stone slate roof. Two storeys and attic, one window, 3 light mullioned
windows below, 2 light in gable, leaded casements with drip moulds over. Steeply
pitched roof with small ashlar ridge stack and weathervane.
Doorway with raised surround and bay to north-east side.
Three centred doorway with keystone and imposts to north-west gable. Graffiti dated
1775 on right-hand jamb. Oak door.
Interior corner fireplaces (blocked) on ground and 1st floors.
