Mid C19, former toll-house. Single storey (and attic), ashlar quality rubble.
Slate roofs. Cross plan with eaves wings to east and west. Moulded eaves and
verge cornices Two light Tudor arch windows with drips. Central chimney (now
brick). Door in west projection. Tudor arch doorway with split door (for
collecting tolls) in south wing.
