GV II
Inn. C18, C19 and C20. Ashlar limestone facade coursed squared
and dressed limestone behind, limestone slate and concrete tile
roof. Plan: main C18 body with C18 extension left; C19 extension
rear left; C20 extension rear right, not of special interest. Main
body: 2 storeys and attic lit by 3 dormers with C20 2-light wood
casements. 3-windowed facade; 12-pane sashes, 3 with wide glazing
bars. Moulded architraves to all windows and doors, bull-nosed
sills to windows. Band below first floor windows. Blocked window
lower left. Two doors: one 4-panel door with fanlight off centre
left; one 2-panel door with original fanlight off centre right.
C18 extension at lower level left. 2-windowed; 12-pane sashes with
wide glazing bars. Fielded 6-panel door in plain flush surround
lower right. Flat gable coping. Moulded stone eaves cornice to
main body.
