Semi-detached house. Early C18. Coursed rubble stone with
alternating flush quoins, stone slate roof with coved and moulded
wood eaves cornice, coped gable ends, brick end stack to right,
brick and block end stacks to left, rear brick stack. Single range
with rear catslide and small rear gable, 2 storeys and attic.
Three windows, 12-pane sashes with moulded wood architraves in
quoin surrounds. Two similar below, central door of 6 fielded
panels with chamfered stone lintel and jambs. Central gabled
dormer with twin 6-pane wooden casements and moulded wood
