Large detached farmhouse. Mid/late C17. Random coursed rubble
stone with roughcast-faced rear and left hand return, stone slate
roof, 3 rendered stacks with moulded cornices. Single long range
with rear wing to right, two storeys with 5 unevenly spaced gables
to front. Each gable has 2-light stone mullion with square
hoodmould. Ground floor has two 3-light to right and two 2-light
to left, with leaded lights. All fenestration restored. Central
gable is steeper than rest and has one small oval light in apex
with moulded semi-circular dripmould. Nearly central wide door of
6 panels, top 4 fielded and rest flush with C20 flat stone hood.
