5/73 Yew Tree Cottage

GV II

Detached house. Mid C18. Random coursed rubble stone, stone
slate roof with wing to right and lowest part of rear main roof in
asbestos slates, stone end stacks with offset, that to left
partially external with shallow, curved, coursed stone stack with 2
offsets. Single main range of 3 storeys with rear addition
forming long catslide, and wing set back on right of single storey,
forming L-shape. Symmetrical front with 2 windows, 2-light
restored wood casements with timber lintel on ground and first
floors, with central plank inner door to small raking porch.
Second floor has single central 3-light window with segmental head.
Wing to right has 2 small 2-light casements with timber lintel.
