Detached farmhouse. Mid C19 (possibly with an earlier core) with
later extension. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Stone
slate roof with ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan to main body with
extension to right. Two storeys and attic. Garden front; four-
windowed facade, mostly 2-light stone-mullioned casements. Single
light casements within flat-chamfered surrounds to right-hand bay.
Three two-light roof dormers. All casements with glazing bars.
Central C20 double doors with glazing bars and two 12-pane sashes
within segmental-headed surrounds at rear. Two-storey extension
set back to right of garden front with 3-bay veranda with Doric
columns dividing each bay. Parallel ridged roof. Flat coping and
stacks at gable ends. Interior not inspected.
