The description shall be amended to read:

Large house at end of row. c1830. Roughcast rendered with ashlar dressings; ashlar
rebuilt chimneys; Welsh slate roof, stone slate to rear wing. Three-storey, central
entrance plan with 2 rooms on each floor; rear outshut and short 2-storey rear wing.
Attached row of houses is not of special interest. Front: 3-window fenestration all
with plain raised architraves; plate glass sashes to ground floor, 12-pane to middle
floor, 6-pane to upper floor. Central round arched doorway with plain architraves,
6-panel door, fanlight and C19 glazed conservatory porch. Hipped roof. Brick screen
wall attached to left. Upper floor sash on south side has iron balcony. North side:
wing has doorway with double 3-panel doors flanked by small fixed lights under combined
timber lintel; decorative glazing bars to light over door; off-centre 16-pane sash to
upper floor. Rear: 2 eaves-mounted chimneys. Small square lantern to outshut.
Interior: the basic early C19 plan survives but the staircase dates from c1900-possibly
also the date of the single mullioned window and the heightening of the rear outshut.
Original joinery to hall. Ground floor left fireplace c1900 replacement, original one
to ground floor right. Original stick baluster stair to attic floor.
