C17, C18. House of one-storey and attic, irregular fenestration. Tile roof: massive brick stack, with a moulded base and 3 flues, the 2 outer being diagonal. The upper walling has exposed framing in part; painted brick infill and other walling. Casements. Boarded doors in solid frames.
