7/13 Pear Tree Cottage


House, former house and shop. Late C18. Brick and tile. 2 storeys, 3
windows (upper centre row now filled). Hipped roof, brick dentil eaves. Walls
of header bond, now painted, rubbed flat arches, plinth. Sashes: to the north
side is a bow window of 5 x 11 small panes. The former 2 doorways (to house
and shop) in the centre have now been filled.
