C18. 1 building. Red brick with grey headers. Tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows,
late C18/early C19 casements with glazing bars. Doorway with flat hood above.
The listed buildings on the Lower Quay form a group, most of which is visible from
the approach from the town centre through the Railway Viaduct across Quay Street.
