Including No 1 Mount Pleasant Road. C18. 2 storeys; 4 bays wide, the 2nd from
the left advanced somewhat. Originally one house. Colour-washed brick; tiled
roof. Ground floor with 3 sash windows, the original entrance (now that of No
93) with panelled reveals, arched head and reeded surround in the 2nd bay and
a later door (now that of No 95) in the 3rd bay from the left. 1st floor with
4 sash windows. Eaves cornice with small flat brackets. The 4th bay from the
left is No 1 Mount Pleasant Road with its entrance on the return which is partly
tile-hung.

Nos 89 and 91, Nos 93 and 95 including No 1 Mount Pleasant Road, Nos 106 to 112
(even) on the opposite side together with the 'Hop Poles' Public House in Mount
Pleasant Road and the 'Duke's Head' Public House in Butts Road form a group.
