2/51 Beloms Cottage


Small house. Late C18, late C19, with C20 restoration. Painted brick walls
in Flemish bond, cambered arches to the ground-floor openings, plinth:
exposed timber frame in the north gable. ½-hipped tiled roof, catslide at rear,
plain roof to the south block, hipped dormers. West front 2 storeys;
symmetrical 2 windows, with attached single-storeyed building (stepped forward)
at the south end. C20 casements. Boarded door in a plain frame. The south
block is of rat-trap bond, with 2 blocked windows, and was a non-conformist
