13/10 Avon Water House

GV II

House. Mid C19, extended late C19. Painted brick, slate roof. End on to road
2 stordy, 4 bay with 1½ storey bay on far end and service range to rear with
further extensions. Front has square-plan, flat-roofed porch to RH bay of main
block with 4-panel door to front and dentilled cornice. Over on 1st floor, low
set small 12-pane sash. To other bays 12-pane sashes. Roof hipped. To RH end
1½ storey bay with hipped roof.
