GV II

House, recently 3 cottages. C17 refronted C18, altered C19. Timber-frame infilled
or encased in brick, weatherboarded wings to rear, old plain tile roof. 3 bay C17
building with 3 small wings added to rear when used as 3 cottages. Doorway to
right of centre with baffle entry, C20 double door in open gabled porch. To
right C19 tripartite sash with rubbed brick head and similar sash above. To left
C19 wide flush framed 20-pane sash with ribbed brick arch and similar sash above
and at left end C18 small 16-pane sash with ribbed brick head and similar sash
above. Above door, below eaves small blank opening, 1st floor string. Roof
hipped with large 3-flued stack above door and external projecting gable stack
to left. Probably originally the vicarage.
