House. c1840. Brick with stone dressings, hipped slate roof with over-
hanging eaves, external brick stack to left side elevation, also brick
stack at rear. Two storeys and cellar. Three bays, windows have sand-
stone sills and rusticated lintels, outer bays are 16-pane sashes, central
first floor window is a glazing bar sash, central entrance has a moulded
flat canopy, entablature and pilaster with fret detail, door with five
raised and fielded panels and a transom light with three glazing bars.
Interior not inspected. A single storey and attic wing adjoins at rear.
