GV II

Farmhouse. Probably early C19 with earlier origins. Timber-frame and
sandstone rubble, largely rebuilt in brick. Welsh slate roof with sand-
stone rubble and brick stacks. Rectangular plan aligned north/south with
entrance front to east. Cellar and two storeys. East elevation has four
windows, glazing bar sashes and central six-panelled door in lattice porch
with concave hipped lead roof. Cellar doorway to left-hand side in rubble
with segmental brick arch. Interior has square wall-framing to west wall.
