Statue. Bronze seated statue of Robert Arthur Talbot, Third
Marquess of Salisbury, 1830-1903, three times Prime Minister of
Great Britain, by G Frampton R.A., 1906. Stone base about two
and a half metres high. Projecting centre on W side with
Salisbury coat of arms and inscription. Frieze with carved leaf
ornament.
