House, formerly farmhouse. C17 timber frame. Roughcast.
Steeply pitched clasped purlin roof with plain tiles. Plastered
gable end towards road. 2 storeys. 3 bays. Lobby entrance
plan, the door on right centre below a red brick chimney stack of
3 joined square shafts. Moulded door frame. Flat hood on
scrolled wood brackets. 3 glazing bar casements. Rear elevation
has C17 gabled staircase tower at far end with small 1st floor
casement. Rear lean-to forming catslide roof and C17/18 lean to
on road elevation.
