- Horseshoes P.H.


Public House. C15-16 hall house, altered and extended in C17. Timber
frame. Roughcast walls. Thatched roof with some plain tiles. 1½ storeys.
2 glazing bar casements with 2 eaves dormers. C17 external stack to left
gable end; C17 ridge stack towards right. Internally the left bay was a
cross wing. The 1-bay hall has inserted floor and large inglenook.
Curved wall brace visible. Front right extension is probably C17 and has
2 C20 plank doors.
