House. Mid C19 with a C17 or earlier bay to rear. White brick, cement
rendered in panels. Slate roof. Timber frame to rear with a machine
tiled roof. 2 bay front. 3 storeys. Ground floor: steps up to entrance
to left with a 6 panelled door in a pentice porch. To right a tripartite
sash with a secondary entrance to far right. First floor 16 pane sashes,
second floor 3:6 pane sashes, all flush framed. Boxed eaves. Stack to
right on front slope. A large stack to rear has an early red brick base,
later white brick cap. 1 storey and attic early bay behind has an attic
casement window and exposed plates in rear gable end. Lean-to outshut to
rear. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
