Shop. Early - mid C19. Brick, colour-washed. Pantile roof. Rectangular
on plan, single room. Single storey. Single-bay front has shopfront with
half-glazed fielded-panel door and overlight with margin lights in reveal,
shop window to left (shuttered at time of resurvey) with flush-panelled
hinged shutters with wrought-iron retaining bars; door and window in
surround with ribbed pilasters carrying entablature with dosserets, plain
frieze with nameboard, moulded cornice and shallow hood. Stone-coped
parapet. Hipped roof. Right return has original 20-pane segmental bow
window with sill, and 4-fielded-panel door to right in plain reveal beneath
brick flat arch, dentilled brick eaves cornice. Left return has similar
eaves cornice. A very unusual survival, last used as a green grocer's shop.
Empty and disused at time of resurvey.
