C18 or early C19. 2 storeys and attics, rendered to front. Pantile roof with
2 gabled dormers and 1 brick stack. Modern brick eaves cornice. 2 windows to
both floors. 2 modern doors with rectangular fanlights. Foot scraper. Included
as part of a group.

Nos 1 to 8 (consec) form a group. Nos 4 to 8 (consec) form a group with the Memorial
Drinking Fountain. Baylegate.
