Circa 1795. 3 storeys and attic in red brick. Parapet and light moulded
blocking course. 3 windows and 1 blank, gauged flat arches, near flush frame
sashes, no glazing bars, 1st floor painted stone cill band. Wood doorcase with
applied attenuated Doric columns, entablature and modillion pediment. 6-panel
door with plain rectangular fanlight. This house forms an important adjunct to
the North Bar onto which it is joined.
