Probably C18 with alterations. Two storeys and attic in painted stucco with pantile roof. Brown brick chimneys near centre. Altered eaves band with added brackets. Attic now has skylight only. Five windows, near flush frame sashes without glazing bars, shouldered cases with cornices. Ground floor shop window and doorway with rectangular ornamental fanlight in wood case with consoles below entablature. Passage entry to east with narrow pilasters and double doors. NMR Photograph.
