Public house, now house. 1766. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys
and brick corbelled eaves, with stacks at left and right ends. Regular
fenestration of 2 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 canted bays on ground
floor with central half-glazed door in fluted pilaster surround with flat hood.
Formerly the Dolphin Inn and dated 1766 on the brickwork. (See Faversham
Papers No. 22).
