House, now flats and offices. Mid C18 extended and altered mid C19.
Brown brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys, basement and attic on
high base with moulded wooden eaves cornice to hipped roof with 2
gabled dormers and offset and projecting stack at end right. Originally
regular fenestration of two 2 storey canted bays and central glazing
bar sash on first floor, now with additional 2 storey canted bay to
left. Central C20 panelled door in rendered surround with flat hood
at head of flight of steps, all moulded, a flight of 6 rising from
right to half-landing then 3 returned to door. Ramped wrought iron
hand-rails. Basement openings to right. Included for group value.
