House, converted from C18th warehouse. Pebbledashed with slate roof. 3
storeys, 3 bays, with 2 small windows to the right of the door on the ground
floor. Windows modern with glazing bars and plain reveals. Door, in central
bay, has plain reveals. End chimneys. Listed for the historic interest
attaching to Sunderland Point as one of the ports of Lancaster.
